Who am I?
I’m Hannah, a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) specialising in period recovery and performance nutrition. With an MSc in Human Nutrition, a BSc in Sports Science, and a Diploma in Performance Nutrition, I'm deeply committed to helping athletes and recreational enthusiasts reach their peak performance and health.
My journey into nutrition stems from my own experiences as a competitive athlete, representing Scotland and Great Britain in lacrosse. This personal connection allows me to understand and relate to your goals and challenges.
Through tailored nutrition and exercise strategies, I’ve successfully assisted countless lovely women in reclaiming their menstrual cycles. My approach is non-judgmental and personalised, ensuring that you receive the support you need to achieve your unique goals.
