Hello lovely humans. I’m Hannah, a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) specialising in period recovery and performance nutrition. With an MSc in Human Nutrition, a BSc in Sports Science, and a Diploma in Performance Nutrition, I'm deeply committed to helping athletes and recreational enthusiasts reach their peak performance and health.
My journey into nutrition stems from my own experiences as a competitive athlete, representing Scotland in lacrosse. This personal connection allows me to understand and relate to your goals and challenges.
