About Me…

I’m Hannah, a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) specialising in hypothalamic amenorrhea recovery and performance nutrition. With an MSc in Human Nutrition, a BSc in Sports Science, and a Diploma in Performance Nutrition, I'm deeply committed to helping both athletes and recreational enthusiasts reach their peak performance without having to sacrifice their health.

My journey into nutrition stems from my own experiences as a competitive athlete, representing Scotland and GB in lacrosse. This personal connection allows me to understand and relate to your goals and challenges, especially when it comes to navigating and recovering from RED-S.

My 7-pillar framework and tailored guidance has now helped countless women re-gain a healthy, happy menstrual cycle, and you could be next!

I've worked across various nutrition sectors, starting with childhood obesity and type II diabetes. Additionally, I've hosted My Protein's TikTok Lives and served as a consultant for various sports teams. Transitioning to the corporate environment, I gained insights at Virgin Active Head Office. Now, I integrate experiences from each role, offering clients a comprehensive, nuanced approach to health.
