1-Hour Nutrition Presentation:
A comprehensive, engaging presentation covering essential nutrition topics, including healthy eating habits, fuelling for physical activity, menstrual health, and more. Perfect for larger groups or a quick introduction to key concepts.
2-Hour Workshop (Presentation + Snack Making):
An extended session combining the 1-hour presentation with a hands-on, interactive snack-making session. Students will learn how to prepare healthy, performance-boosting snacks that they can easily replicate at home or school, reinforcing the nutrition principles discussed.
These workshops are designed to be informative, interactive, and actionable, empowering students with the knowledge to make healthier choices in their daily lives.
